Please send me the serial key for the activation i really really need it .Thank you"

Q:
How to check a file is executable in python?
I am working on a project where we need to run a script as part of an installation. This script is a compiled language(C or C++) and is provided as part of the solution which uses an anaconda framework for installing and running any packages.
The trouble is that when I run the script, I get this error:
File /usr/local/share/mypackage/src/mylib.cpp', line x,...
syntax error, unexpected..., expecting ']'
The python package I am using is named anaconda-distutils which means it is available here:
The file runs without a problem on the machine I am using it on, but fails on the production machine. I believe it is because the file is not executable.
Does anyone know how I can check whether the file is executable or not?
A:
If you are using the nopep8 package, you can use the linter
import nopep8
nopep8.check_code("...")
or, if you have the module already imported
nopep8.check_code(open("..."))
[In vitro growth of Yersinia pestis strains isolated from natural foci].
Comparative study of in vitro growth of Y. pestis strains isolated from natural foci in different regions of Russia has shown that these strains possess the ability of growth and multiplication in non-host tissue and in the blood of a laboratory animal. The potentialities of these strains for pathogenic activity in mammals are determined by the ability of their cells to survive and multiply in the blood of infected animals. From the resistance to serum and antibiotic substances isolated Y. pestis may be classified in two groups: the strains which possess greater resistance and are possibly less virulent and the other strains which are slightly resistant and potentially more virulent.In this July 22, 2012, photo, an art installation representing the Jewish holocaust hangs above the entrance to the rally area at the 2012 Republican National Convention in Tampa, Fla.
